A Special Gift

Sometimes you just get it right. I love this quilt and so did my 2 1/2 year old grandson, my chief critic for this piece. The fabric came with these adorable cats. I added the border and quilted it. Oliver immediately knew to put it on his bed. It makes nap time even easier.

These cats have attitude!

What a splendid quilt!! You outdid yourself on this! It gives me an idea that I, you, we could draw our own rectangles, have them printed on fabric and then quilt them...wouldn't that be cool??

Sandra, this is gorgeous!

No, I did not draw the cats. The fabric was already printed. Yes, there are various ways to paint or draw on fabric that can then be quilted. There is just so much time! I'm trying to do it all!
